Floating on the Boat

We had a delightful afternoon cruising down one of the canals in Cape Coral. Thank goodness we did not require fins to get back to shore in case the boat broke down.  The temperature was perfect, not to hot, not too cold. It was very relaxing.

Along the way we searched for iguana's that might be sunning themselves on the docks, but we didn't see any until we returned to the dock, and spotted a family of 4!

Ed was a good captain, and did not run into anything. LOL! Thanks Ed.

After a nice ride, Russ and I tried out a Mexican restaurant where they had great chips and salsa!

This morning's practice was with coach Kevin.

I discovered a fundraiser swim in Tampa called "Swim Across America"  It's to be held on May 30th. and will require raising $500 and swimming only 1 mile.   The money raised is to help cancer research through the Mofitt Cancer Research Foundation.

Details coming soon!!!!
